2017

Current position
Junior Production Master

Tell us briefly about yourself and your current position at BODE. How did you come to BODE?

My name is Michał, I am 39 years old and I work as a Junior Production Master in the CNC cutting machine department at BODE. After seeing an advertisement in the local newspaper in which a company was looking for employees, I decided to apply. After a successful interview, I am now here.

The decision to work for BODE was influenced by the fact that the company is based in my home town, which saves me the inconvenience of commuting. The company also has an excellent reputation in the region and beyond.

Could you give us an overview of your professional career?

My professional journey began after leaving school at the Victoria Auto Center in Lubin, as a service technician. I then worked at SONO POLSKA in Wołów as an SMT operator, at Dong Yang Electronic as an SMT manager, at ELDISY Polska in Bailiffs as a production machine operator and at Ferpol in Rawicz as a CNC machine operator. I have been working at BODE since 2017, first in Production Service and now as a Junior Master in the CNC department.

What tasks are part of your daily work routine?

In my three years as a foreman, my daily tasks include supervising employees, ensuring quality and punctuality, planning and monitoring the production process, collaborating with other departments and organizing workstations and training courses.

The positive atmosphere in the company and the good cooperation with other departments contribute significantly to my satisfaction. I am particularly interested in challenging projects such as curved designs and screwed doors, which require a high level of processing precision.

What do you particularly appreciate about BODE?

The support through training, open acceptance of ideas and an appropriate relationship between employees and superiors are decisive factors for me. For example, I have already taken part in a one-year English language course.

What advice would you give to new employees who have just started at BODE?

My advice to new employees: Don't be afraid, make good contacts in the team, fulfill your tasks conscientiously and invest commitment in your work. Success is the sum of small efforts that are repeated day after day. Do what you enjoy, because enjoying your work is the key to success.
